This is a beginner level workout that is designed for core conditioning.
Lie face up with arms extended over your shoulders, legs bent at a 90-degree angles, and knees over your hips with feet flexed.
COMPLETE 3 SETS OF 10 REPS:
- Brace your core and press your lower back into the floor while extending one straight arm back and the opposite straight leg forward until both hover above the floor.
- Reverse the move to return to start. That's 1 rep. Switch sides and repeat.
