Exercise of
the Month:
Deadbug

This is a beginner level workout that is designed for core conditioning.

SETUP:

Lie face up with arms extended over your shoulders, legs bent at a 90-degree angles, and knees over your hips with feet flexed.

COMPLETE 3 SETS OF 10 REPS:

  1. Brace your core and press your lower back into the floor while extending one straight arm back and the opposite straight leg forward until both hover above the floor.
  2. Reverse the move to return to start. That's 1 rep. Switch sides and repeat.
